The constraints found in current VR hardware, specifically with hand controllers, imposes limitations on the range of player actions found in today’s VR games. For instance, in VR you cannot properly hold digital shovels, hockey sticks, baseball bats, axes, or two-hand wielded swords (to name a few). The AxeOne is a VR accessory that positions and temporarily locks hand controllers into an axial alignment. This device now enables players to physically emulate two-handed actions in VR, while also expanding the types of games VR developers can create.
